On Thursday, March 8th, the annual ReCon (Real Estate Conference Berlin) takes place in the atrium of the Kollhoff Tower, Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. The topic of the conference is the ongoing conflict in the residential policy, between the rise of new buildings and the governmental regulation. Is housing really affordable for everyone?

During the conference, GRAFT founding partner Thomas Willemeit takes part in a panel discussion, analyzing the urban building plot models and trying to answer the question about aspiration and reality on the side of Anne Keilholz (CEO of STADT UND LAND Wohnbauten-Gesellschaft mbH), Daniel Riedl (CEO & Chairman of BUWOG group), and Florian Schmidt (District Councillor for the Department of Construction, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg).

The discussion will be moderated by Niclas Karoff (Chairman of TLG IMMOBILIEN AG).
