Since the establishment of GRAFT in 1998 our collective professional experience encompasses a wide array of building types including Commercial and Residential, Institutional and Educational facilities from XS to XXL dimensions. GRAFT has rigorously undertaken an increasing role in masterplanning, city development and destination building.

With projects in more than 30 countries, our work as well as our employees are truly international. Our team of about 100 architects, interior designers, graphic designers, and administrative staff works from offices in Berlin, Los Angeles and Beijing.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR

BERLIN: BIM EXPERIENCED SENIOR ARCHITECT (M/F/D)

Your work profile:

– work on demanding architectural projects in the fields of housing and industrial construction and in the hospitality, cultural, retail and health sectors, among others

– participation in the expansion of our document and project platform

– participation in the implementation of end-to-end digital processes across all service phases

– development and maintenance of Autodesk Revit templates, families and standards

– optimisation of model-based cost calculation, specification, tendering and scheduling

– supervision of the interface between architects, specialist planners and clients

Skills and qualifications you will need:

– successfully completed architectural or construction engineering studies (TU/FH)

– several years of professional experience as an architect

– experience in the coordination of planners and technical specialists

– very good proficiency in and practical experience of the use of Autodesk Revit

– good understanding of BIM, building construction processes and model-based workflows

– good command of running projects and setting up work processes

– good German and English language skills, written and spoken

BERLIN: ARCHITECTURAL INTERNSHIP

Your duties:

BERLIN: PUBLIC RELATIONS INTERNSHIP

The GRAFT Public Relations Department is continuously looking for German speaking interns for three to six months at the Berlin location.

Your duties:

During your internship you will gain insight into a broad range of architecture and design communication activities. As an intern, you will support the team in their day-to-day work:

-Creation of PR kits and presentation material

-Answering interview and publication requests

-Writing news articles and updating the website (CMS)

-Development of content and an editorial plan for social media

-Organization of events and exhibitions

-Submissions for architecture and building culture awards

-Media monitoring and documentation

-Research on various topics

 

What you can expect from us:
