T17 Perspective from North Massive compact earth walls protect the building from north. It will create a thermal buffer, balanced temperatures and a healthy room climate. The material will be taken from the site, hence the genius loci, the spirit of the site

T17Perspective from SouthSmart double glass facades will alow for maximum light and panoramic views towards the garden and the southern landscape. The thermal gain within the glass cavity will be used for heating the building in winter and extracted through louvers and windows in summer. Additonal fritting on the glass and sun shades between the two glass layers will provide protection from the sun.
