This year, GRAFT is responsible for designing the Berlin stand at the MIPIM international real estate fair in Cannes. Organised and managed by the Runze & Casper advertising agency, the stand aims to showcase the city of Berlin and its partners in the best possible light, creating an open and inviting platform that strengthens the city's international appeal.

The stand's architecture places Berlin in a prominent position in the outdoor area of MIPIM, catching the eye of visitors as soon as they enter the exhibition grounds. Its exterior conveys a clear and compelling image of Berlin as an innovative, creative metropolis.
Contrasting, vibrant images on a black background ensure high visibility. The large-format letters of the 'BERLIN' signage are filled with innovative visions of the future from numerous Berlin architecture firms, showcasing Berlin as a laboratory for a sustainable urban society.
The interior of the stand invites visitors from all over the world to engage in conversation with its partners. The spacious central bar is a popular meeting place for relaxation and conversation. This central meeting point also offers exhibitors generous wall space for presentations, as well as vertical boards and discussion tables. In addition, a flexible stage allows for lectures and panel discussions of various sizes as part of the stand program.
The entire interior opens directly onto the Corniche de Cannes beach with its terrace, offering visitors a space in which to discuss things while enjoying a view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The stand's furniture and design focus on sustainability: it is modular, expandable, modifiable and reusable.
