The W Hotel & Residences is the largest global-brand luxury hotel and residences project in downtown New York and the first W residential development in Manhattan. Located at 123 Washington Street, one block from the site of the new Freedom Tower, the W Downtown is a 58-storey building with 255 hotel rooms, 233 condominium units, a restaurant, bars, lounges and open-air roof garden.
The interior design is best described as classical modernism with a twist – on the one hand understatement and clarity, on the other new, fresh and even futuristic ideas on comfort and luxury. We call it Punk Minimalism. The project offers a glimpse of the future of living, working and visiting in one of the most vibrant locations in the world.
