Earlier in January, two GRAFT projects received awards at the BDA Prize 2021! Yesterday, on May 3rd, the official award ceremony took place at Deutsche Oper Berlin.
Our project BRICKS was awarded with an honorable mention by the jury. In addition to the jury prizes, the BDA also launched an audience award in cooperation with the newspaper Berliner Morgenpost, for which the public was invited to vote online. GRAFT's Charlie Living project won the second prize in the BDA Audience Award.
The laudatory speeches at the award ceremony were held by the chairwoman of the jury Prof. Katja Knaus (architect, presidium BDA Bundesverband). The evening was moderated by curator and author Lukas Feireiss.
