Villa O

The design is characterized by its unique location on the edge of a protected landscape area. The building blends sensitively into the park-like grounds, connecting living spaces with the surrounding nature. As a horizontally structured volume with an underground parking garage, it integrates harmoniously into the landscape and reduces the visual impact of the large program to the existing surroundings.

The building volume is divided into staggered levels with striking roof edges that create a sculptural dynamic and define clear outdoor spaces. The west facade opens up with generous glazing towards the protected landscape area, seamlessly connecting interior and exterior spaces. In contrast, the east facade facing the street forms a sheltered structure, screened by plantings, ensuring peace and privacy.

The terraces are arranged on different levels and each has its own individual character due to its orientation. Multi-story tree troughs enable maisonette apartments with private outdoor areas on different levels.
