On 16th of May 2017, the cornerstone has been laid for the project at the Spree: WAVE water side living. Two buildings facing the Spree and offering space for 161 apartments will be built on this location. The GRAFT founding partners Lars Krückeberg, Wolfram Putz and Thomas Willemeit attended this event together with members of Bauwerk Capital, the principal of this project.

We are looking forward to bringing these extraordinary buildings to life in cooperation with Bauwerk Capital and our construction partners.
