First „all yours“ shop opening in Germany

After GRAFT won a competition to design interactive retail spaces for smartseller in 2020. The first retail space with the "all yours" concept was built at Ljubljana Airport in Slovenia, combining duty free, food and beverage, and convenience products. Now, the first "all yours" shop in Germany, at Münster/ Osnabrück Airport (FMO), opened on May 23, 2023.

Designed by GRAFT, the "all yours" concept focuses on providing travelers with a personalized and curated shopping experience and is based on identifying four different types of travelers and developing four corresponding touchpoints: "your dock", "your studio", "your spa", and "your bistro."

The design of the touchpoints is tailored to the individual needs and interests of the travelers to provide a fluid shopping experience that closely aligns with different consumer behaviors.
For FMO, the concept was specially adapted and designed so that the retail area frames the view to the airfield, enhancing the overall ambience for travelers. "all yours" offers a tailored and appealing shopping experience.
