Street-Art Exhibition by Gregory de la Haba + Easy hosted at GRAFTLAB Gallery

Luisa Catucci Gallery is showing the latest collaborative works of the multidisciplinary New York artist Gregory de la Haba and the well-known graffiti and street artist Easy at GRAFTLAB. Luisa Catucci curates the exhibition which will be on display at GRAFTLAB Gallery until January 11.

The exhibition “Take it Easy” combines high art with street art and balances themes of calm and chaos that have emerged from the unrest caused by the Covid pandemic in New York. The word “easy” first appeared in curved handwriting as a positive mantra and tag on the walls of the city and functioned as a “visual antidote at a time when life became difficult for many people”.

GRAFT has been associated with the modern art scene since the design of Berlin's Urban Nation Museum and supports the important contribution of these ephemeral commentaries to the urban space.
