WAVE topping out ceremony

On March 22, 2018, the builders, the contractor Bauwerk Capital and the architects of GRAFT jointly celebrated the completion of the shell construction as an important milestone of the residential project WAVE Waterside Living in Stralauer Allee in Berlin.
Project developer Bauwerk Capital headquartered in Munich brought Bavarian hospitality and atmosphere to the Spree for the topping-out ceremony. The event was celebrated with a total of 200 guests.
The two-part building complex WAVE Waterside Living Berlin with 161 condominiums will be completed by spring 2019.
