WIEWEIL Receives Building Permit!

Together with us—the planning partnership of Kleihues + Kleihues and Graft Architekten—KIM has secured the building permit for the WIEWEIL project in Berlin. Located on the banks of the Spree in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, right next to the S-Bahn viaduct, the development will feature apartments and offices, as well as spaces for conferencing, sports, and dining. The permit follows a lengthy process that required aligning the interests of our client, KIM (Kilian Immobiliengruppe), with those of various other stakeholders—including neighbors, Holzmarkt, Deutsche Bahn, and the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district. Work on the detailed implementation plans is now getting underway.
