New Managing Director for SOLARFOUNTAIN

In November 2015, the GRAFT project SOLARKIOSK founded the non-profit organization SolarFountain jointly with the Siemens Stiftung. GRAFT founding partner Lars Krückeberg is a board member of the NGO.
This month Marek Wallenfels became managing director of SolarFountain and assumed responsibility for the continued development of the charitable organization.
The mission of the company is to provide access to clean drinking water and solar energy to people who live in remote regions of Africa. Solar-powered kiosks equipped with water filtration systems are the focal point of its activities.
