The starting signal for the construction of the most recent GRAFT project WAVE has been given! The residential buildings located directly at the eastern harbor in Berlin will be realized together with Bauwerk Capital GmbH & Co.KG until 2018.

The drarft for the two building volumes is created from inside out and is significantly defined by its location at the water front. The creative idea of the project is a washed out building complex. Consequently, an attractive courtyard is created that can be enjoyed by the and offers a great view to the over side of the river.
